Promoter: BANCO DE LA RÉPUBLICA
El Ensamble Barroco de Bogotá, dirigido actualmente por el flautista y clavecinista Julien Faure, nació en 2013 y, desde entonces, ha colaborado con artistas y músicos nacionales y extranjeros como Alfredo Bernardini, Adrián Chamorro, Christof Richter, Leila Schayegh y Sigiswald Kuijken, entre otros. Se ha presentado en diferentes escenarios del país como el Teatro Mayor Julio Mario Santo Domingo y el Teatro Colón y ha participado en el Festival de Música Sacra, el Festival Internacional de Música Clásica de Bogotá y en el programa Cien mil niños al mayor. Sus programas buscan narrar historias a partir de la música compuesta en el Barroco por compositores como Arcangelo Corelli, Antonio Vivaldi, Johann Sebastian Bach, Georg Friedrich Händel y Georg Philipp Telemann, entre otros.
